The central location of this hotel was ideal for my business trip. Being able to walk to nearby restaurants and shops was a huge convenience. The friendly and helpful staff made my stay even better. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options and the freshly squeezed juices were a real treat.
The room I stayed in was quite small, with limited natural light. The bathroom was also small and lacked privacy.

Spacious room with good bed and shower, separate toilet, plenty of wardrobe space. Overlooking a famous street with some street noise. Plenty of power points and free, reliable Wifi. Buffet breakfast with eggs cooked to order and personalized tea service. Excellent dinner in the restaurant. Fabulous location with accommodating, beautifully decorated rooms. Great for young families with additional beds provided for children. Exceptional breakfast and friendly staff, especially Mina who helped our son. Convenient stop on the way to Budapest, ended up staying an additional 2 nights. Room set up in advance for our children's needs. Comfortable and unique rooms in a fantastic Old Town location. Easy access by bus from the airport and good parking facilities. Helpful staff with a good breakfast included in room rate. Amazing experience with staff going above and beyond, helping with luggage in the rain.
Felt like VIPs, nothing was too much trouble.

We had a wonderful stay at this art-filled hotel in the heart of the historic town. Our room was quiet, comfortable, and had a modern bathroom. The breakfast selection was great and the location was perfect for exploring the attractions, shops, and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the historic district of the city. It was all superb. The location was very nice, right in the center of Salzburg and within walking distance to all the attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel was great, and the staff were lovely. The breakfast provided was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

This hotel is located in a fantastic spot, right in the heart of the old city. It's surrounded by shops and restaurants, making it the perfect base to explore all the main attractions. The lively pedestrianized shopping street is just steps away, and it's a great place to stroll and soak up the atmosphere. The staff here are friendly and always ready to help, and the room I stayed in was well-designed and comfortable. There were plenty of amenities, like an in-room safe, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. I had a great experience during my stay here.
I highly recommend this place to everyone.
